For this $100M project, Legacy Foundations is self-performing foundation mitigation repair of the 301 Millennium Towers building in the heart of downtown San Francisco. Legacy will install 52 perimeter piles, each 24 inches diameter by 300 feet deep, around the building. The team has designed an engineering solution to prevent the building from continuing to sink. Legacy developed a unique method of installing the piles 300-plus feet deep, only 4 feet away from the building.
